Rosmini Secondary School is a co-educational boarding school (O & A-Level) located in Maweni Ward, Tanga City, Tanga Region. Owned and managed by the Catholic religious Congregation of the Rosminian Fathers, East Africa, our school is committed to academic excellence, moral integrity, and holistic development.

Academic profile

Our school has consistently demonstrated academic excellence and continuous improvement in national examination results. Through strategic interventions, dedicated teaching staff, and student-centered learning approaches, we have recorded remarkable progress in the performance of students at various levels, including Form Two (FTNA), Form Four (CSEE), and Form Six (ACSEE).

Form Two National Assessment (FTNA)
Over the past two (2022-2024) years, the performance of Form Two students has steadily improved. The average pass rate has increased, with a significant rise in students achieving Division I and II. This progress can be attributed to enhanced teaching strategies, remedial programs, and regular assessments to monitor student progress.

Rosmini Secondary School has consistently demonstrated outstanding academic performance in the Certificate of Secondary Education Examination (CSEE), conducted by the National Examinations Council of Tanzania (NECTA). Over the past three years, students have achieved excellent results, maintaining high competency levels.
